The Arts vs. The Real World
Everything I write reflects the fact that everything you ever need to succeed in the music business is NOT in the music business, it‘s in "The Real World".
It took me getting out of "The Arts" and into a successful business career for me to understand the causes of my failure. In the process of changing careers, I discoverd principles and tools that have been around for ages. Principles and tools that have proven to contribute to success regardless of field, profession, craft or sport. I found concepts, paradigms and skills that continue to transform peoples lives around the world regardless of background or education.
And I realized that they are generally never taught to people in "The Arts".
Out of this experience came the idea for this site and my book. It's my hope to introduce you to these concepts in a way that directly applies to you and your goals in the arts. I also want to provide a bridge across the gap between "The Arts" and "The Real World" and point you in the right direction for the discovery, learning and application of these principles for yourself. I will continally add links, tips, tools and ideas to help you in your growth. I hope you‘ll take full advantage and reach your each and every goal.
