Why Not to Fail

I hope that you have taken, or will take, the time to read each topic on the "Why I Failed - the book" section of this site. Whether they‘re all true for you personally or not, I hope the topics provide helpful insights for the pursuit of your dreams and goals.

I‘ve discussed why I failed, why most others will fail, and possibly why you'‘e experiencing your own failures each day. And I‘ve done it all in the hopes that you‘ll learn how to gain true success through skills and ideas you might never have heard about before.

But all the skills and knowledge in the world won‘t help you without a why.

What is your WHY?

A "Why" is a deep and motivating reason to do what you do. It‘s the answer to questions such as: what do you want, what do you not want, or why do you want what you want? "The Why" is your personal answer to these and other questions. No one can give you your why, it is exclusively yours.

I can, however, give you the reason to have a why. This is your life.

This is Your Life

I hope you'll move beyond this cliche and stop and consider my point: we are talking about your LIFE. I can lead you to tools, plans and ideas, but what are you going to do with them? I know you won‘t do anything if you don‘t have a big enough why. Without the right destination in mind, you won‘t even begin the journey. Life is the most important gift you have and what you do with it is your gift to God and the world. Life is not for you alone, it is to be shared, and to me, nothing screams LIFE louder than the arts. So, take your life seriously and decide your why. Work hard, strive to be your best and go for it. When you "be" that, and "do" that, you will "have".

True Success

In my opinion, there is only one definition of success: living your life fulfilled, and fulfillment comes when you are used for -- and felt by -- the world around you. It also comes when you find the correct niche in life. What's great is that there are thousands of ways to use your talents, express yourself with excellence, and make a living in the music business. You only need to find the correct combination for you and then do your best. In doing so you will have found success on your terms.

Live fully alive, and may God richly bless you on the journey to your goals.
